About Puthi Words
Puthi Words is a word search with a Bengal flavour. Words such as river, lotus, hilsa and paddy are hidden in rows and columns of the grid. Tap the first and last letter of a word to claim it. Grids grow larger and hide more words as you progress.
How to play
- Look at the word list under the grid.
- Tap the first letter of a hidden word, then its last letter.
- Find every word on the list.
Tips and strategy
- Scan for the rarest letter of a word first, such as H or J.
- Words run left to right, right to left, top to bottom or bottom to top.
- Cross off found words so you can see what is left.
Levels, stars and XP
Finish a level to earn one to three stars and XP towards your player level. Replay any unlocked level to improve your stars. From level 151 the game enters endless mode, where each level is a remix of an earlier one with fresh colours and a slightly higher difficulty.
