About Velvet Runner
Velvet Runner is a one-button runner. Your runner sprints along a gilded track while obstacles rush in from the right. Tap to jump over them. Higher levels increase the speed and shrink the gaps between obstacles.
How to play
- Tap the screen, press the Jump button or hit Space to jump.
- Clear the obstacles. A collision costs a life.
- Pass enough obstacles to finish the level.
Tips and strategy
- Jump a little early. The arc is longer than it looks.
- Tap, do not hold: there is no double jump.
- Watch the next obstacle, not the nearest one.
Levels, stars and XP
Finish a level to earn one to three stars and XP towards your player level. Replay any unlocked level to improve your stars. From level 151 the game enters endless mode, where each level is a remix of an earlier one with fresh colours and a slightly higher difficulty.
