About Island Settler
Island Settler gives you a map of land tiles with resource values. Place a fixed number of settlements on tiles that do not touch each other, aiming for the highest total value. The target is close to the best possible score, so every choice matters.
How to play
- Tap a tile to place a settlement or tap it again to remove it.
- No two settlements may share an edge.
- Place all settlements and reach the target total.
Tips and strategy
- Start from the highest-value tiles and see which neighbours they block.
- Sometimes two medium tiles beat one great tile that blocks several others.
- Remove and replace settlements until the total reaches the target.
Levels, stars and XP
Finish a level to earn one to three stars and XP towards your player level. Replay any unlocked level to improve your stars. From level 151 the game enters endless mode, where each level is a remix of an earlier one with fresh colours and a slightly higher difficulty.
