About Paint Fill
Paint Fill is a flood-fill strategy puzzle. You start in the top-left corner and every colour you choose repaints the connected region, absorbing neighbouring tiles of that colour. Fill the whole board with a single colour before you run out of moves.
How to play
- Tap a colour to repaint your region from the top-left corner.
- Matching neighbours join your region automatically.
- Make the whole board one colour within the move limit.
Tips and strategy
- Prefer the colour that absorbs the most neighbouring tiles.
- Work towards the far corner, not only the nearest tiles.
- The move limit is only slightly above a good solution, so wasted moves add up.
Levels, stars and XP
Finish a level to earn one to three stars and XP towards your player level. Replay any unlocked level to improve your stars. From level 151 the game enters endless mode, where each level is a remix of an earlier one with fresh colours and a slightly higher difficulty.
