About Slide Puzzle
Slide Puzzle (the classic 8- and 15-puzzle) asks you to restore numbered tiles to order using one empty space. It rewards spatial planning: solve a row, lock it in, then work on the rest. Early levels use a 3x3 grid and harder levels switch to 4x4.
How to play
- Tap a tile next to the empty space to slide it across.
- Arrange tiles from 1 upward, left to right and top to bottom, with the gap in the bottom-right corner.
- Solve it in fewer moves to earn three stars.
Tips and strategy
- Solve the top row first, then the left column, and treat what remains as a smaller puzzle.
- Avoid undoing your last move; it only wastes turns.
- Look two or three moves ahead before you slide.
Levels, stars and XP
Finish a level to earn one to three stars and XP towards your player level. Replay any unlocked level to improve your stars. From level 151 the game enters endless mode, where each level is a remix of an earlier one with fresh colours and a slightly higher difficulty.
